THIS SECTION IS HEAVILY UNDER CONSTRUCTION: here is some general information on atticus until i get his official bio typed up. if you have questions, let me know.atticus is the youngest child in his family. he has an older brother named joseph, who works as a news anchor.ever since atticus was young, he's had an interest in the paranormal. this interest was further provoked by the books he would read, which consisted of different folklore from australia and he eventually read stories of this nature from all over the world.he got into investigative journalism in college. though he didn't start off investigating the weird and scary of the world, he found his passion for throwing himself into his articles after doing an exposé on a company and their illegal pay practices.his first piece on something ~spooky~ was on the bunyip, a creature from aboriginal australian mythology. though it didn't really result in anything big, atticus greatly enjoyed himself and started seeking out other pieces of folklore and urban legend.

his journalism crossed into the weird and scary when he encountered a massive, glowing cloud. upon entering the cloud, he felt as though he'd been drugged and was forced to fight off a variety of bird/human hybrids until he could escape the cloud. his friend, aubrey, encouraged him to publish his experience online.his experience got more traction than expected. then, he got an email from someone, asking him to check out another crazy instance near them. and then another email came, and another, and another.atticus checked out every single email and came back with stories from each encounter. slowly but surely, he began building up a small fanbase.about a year into his website's founding, he received a letter in the mail from his future coder, molly gilbert, offering to help him with his website and offering to help him with his increasingly difficult excursions he was choosing to go on.his website, atticuslevy.com, features stories of his encounters with the weird, with the wild, with the wacky, with the scary, and everything inbetween.
